Why do international apprenticeship programmes often fail?
Not because of lack of motivation. But because of wrong decisions at the start. Mismatched career choice, lack of practical experience and insufficient language preparation lead to early dropouts. The risk is not the apprentice – it is an unclearly managed training start.

Our approach: training with substance
Career choice instead of guesswork
Every candidate goes through structured career choice and aptitude tests, accompanied by experienced educators. This ensures that profession, training and personality match.
Practice before contract decision
Before any decision, candidates complete at least a two-week internship in their country of origin. Real work. Real everyday life. No assumptions.
Language as a basis for work
We organise structured language courses aiming at B1 to B2 before training start – tailored to profession and training routine.
Integration begins before entry
All candidates participate in at least six-week integration and preparation courses. So training starts prepared – not overwhelming.
Visa & entry clearly accompanied
The visa and entry process is organisationally accompanied and transparently coordinated, so planning and training start remain reliable. (no legal advice)
Support after start
Even after training begins we remain available, until apprentice and company have stabilised.
